Expert Group of Institutions, the face of quality pre-university education in Mangalore, has been bestowed with India’s Most Trusted Brand Award in the competitive education category at an award ceremony held at The Leela Hotel in Mumbai on 16th October 2016.
India’s Most Trusted Brand Awards is the most cognized listing of India’s fastest growing brands that have played a significant role in the success of the country, and have unambiguously unveiled themselves as the next set of game changers in their respective categories. Expert Group of Institutions emerged as India’s Most Trusted Brand after a comprehensive consumer survey and research conducted by IBC Infomedia in association with Media Research Group (MRG). The nationwide consumer survey, conducted in June 2016, asked over 12000 respondents to vote for the brand they trusted the most. The consumer nominations were judged by a jury of independent senior professionals and experts. The winners of the award are those that have worked hard to win consumers’ trust.
Mrs. Ushaprabha N Nayak, Vice-Chairperson, and Mr. Ankush N Nayak received the award. The award was presented by Mr. Arvind Malkhede, IRTS, Group General Manager of IRCTC Western Zone, and Mr. Hemant Kaushik, CEO of IBC Infomedia.
Elated on receiving the award Mrs. Ushaprabha N Nayak said, “In any service industry, customer is the king, and services and products are designed according to what the customer likes. However, in the education sector, it is difficult to provide what the students like, instead we have to give them what is good for them and their future. Students realize this only when they have settled in life, several years after leaving the institution. We are delighted and honoured that in the long run, our students and parents have trusted us in our intention and effort to do something good for the students.”
