2nd PU Board Exam Coaching

Coaching is provided for the following combinations:

  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)
  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB)
  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics (PCME)

Types of Batches:

  • Vacation Batch
  • Vacation Cum Regular (VCR) Batch

VACATION BATCHES (Board exam classes + CET / AIPMT/JEE Mains):

  1. Classes will commence immediately after completion of 1st PU Annual Examination and continue on to April and May, and a few days during October vacation (if needed). Totally approx. 620 hours for PCMB, 500 hours for PCM and 600 hours for PCME.
  2. Classes will be conducted daily during anytime between 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. for about 6 to 8 hours for PCM and 7 to 10 hours for PCMB/PCME everyday.  However a clear timetable will be given to the admitted students before the classes commence.
  3. The students who are admitted to vacation batches will also be provided with CET/AIPMT/JEE Mains coaching as follows:

(a) For students studying in P.U. colleges in and around Mangaluru, CET//JEE Mains class room coaching will be conducted on Sunday during non-vacation. The following options are available

PCM

  • CET only
  • CET + JEE (Mains)

PCMB

  • CET only
  • CET + JEE (Mains)

There will be totally 17 sessions in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology each for CET/JEE (Mains) coaching which includes 2 Model test papers in each subject. Each session involves synopsis explanation, conducting test, evaluation (instant OMR correction and allotment of rank number) and explanation of each question of the test paper. Model test paper sessions will be conducted after completion of II PU board exams and before CET/JEE (Mains). PCM students can opt for JEE Mains coaching in which apart from the above mentioned CET sessions, additional sessions will be conducted to cover the syllabus of JEE Mains. Also 2 model test paper sessions will be conducted after completion of II PU Board exams and before JEE Mains.

(b) For students studying outside Mangaluru will be provided with following options for CET/AIPMT/JEE Mains coaching:

PCM

  • CET only
  • CET + JEE Mains

PCMB

  • CET + AIPMT
  • CET + AIPMT + JEE Mains

In this Postal Coaching, study material will be sent to the students by Speed post/courier periodically between July and January. Totally 26 dispatches will be made during this period. After annual exams of Karnataka PU board, the students can attend 5 to 6 days contact programme at Mangaluru during which 3 model test paper sessions of CET/AIPMT will be conducted in each subject. Each session involves conducting mock test, instant OMR evaluation with allotment of rank number and then explanation of questions of the test by senior professors of EXPERT. (Please note that all JEE Mains topics including model papers will be only through Postal materials)

OR

Crash Course of CET in which 17 classroom sessions in each subject will be conducted in Mangaluru with 2 model test paper sessions in each subject. Crash couse will be conducted after completion of II PU Karnataka Board Exams and before CET/JEE (Mains). Please note that JEE Mains coaching will not be given in the crash course.

Package course (Combination of postal coaching up to annual exams and crash course, i.e. combination of above two options).

Vacation Cum Regular Batches (Board exam classes + CET/JEE Mains):

  • Classes will commence during third week of March and expected to be completed by 2nd week of December. Totally approx. 620 hours for PCMB, 500 hours for PCM and 600 hours for PCME.
  • Classes will be conducted daily from 7 a.m. to 8.15 a.m or 5 p.m to 7p.m. during Vacation and 7 am to 8.30 am or 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm during non-vacation (saturday 2 p.m. to 7p.m.) (June 1st week to December 2nd week).

NOTE:

  1. Seperate time table will be fixed for coaching classes in the electronics subject, which will be announced later.
  2. Extra classes may be conducted to complete the syllabus comfortably and also to conduct CET/JEE classes and will be done by giving prior information to the students.
